Parking Lot Maintenance Worker -Durant
About The Position
You will be responsible for power washing and parking lot striping at CN sites. This position is classified as a Grounds position and includes grounds keeping tasks. By separating these roles, we will clarify the roles and expectations of the position. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid State issued Driver's License
- Mechanically inclined and prior experience with various technical and mechanical requirements of the job
- Basic knowledge of chemical interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods
- Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance
- General knowledge of cleaning/maintenance requirements in the hospitality/casino industry
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations
- One (1) year of experience parking lot painting, layout, power washing etc.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment including commercial power washer, striping machine, parking lot grinder, forklifts for cleaning and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
- Operate pressure washer safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
- Maintain established schedule.
- Clean up rubble and debris from area being washed.
- Operate striping machine to paint curbs, lines, and stencils.
- Layout of parking lots and stencils.
- Clean striping machine and other painting tools after each use.
- Caulk expansion joints.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles for purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
