The University of Iowa Parking & Transportation department is seeking a Parking Maintenance Worker II. This position will provide repairs, service, and maintenance of parking equipment and parking facilities. It involves responding to trouble calls, collecting money from parking meters, creating, monitoring, and maintaining reports and records concerning parking issues, and making and installing parking signs. The role also includes maintaining the safety, readiness, and cleanliness of parking facilities and providing support to University events. The starting wage is $18.72/hour. This position is performed fully on campus and is not eligible for University sponsorship for employment authorization.
