About The Position

Safely direct the flow of vehicles and foot traffic. This role involves regulating traffic flow on county roads, collecting parking fees, and setting up/tearing down traffic signs, cones, and other equipment. The position requires self-motivation, the ability to exercise judgment in accordance with company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Teamwork and consistent attendance are essential.

Requirements

Ability to be alert to potential dangerous situations.
Ability and commitment to on-site work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers.
Ability to physically shovel snow, work in uneven, steep, and icy conditions.
Basic people skills, ability to work as a team, and get along with others.
Ability to work well under pressure, problem solve, and multitask.
Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
Organized and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Must be 16 years of age.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Direct the flow of vehicles in parking lots to maximize the number of vehicles to be parked.
Regulate the traffic flow on the County road.
Collect fees for parking.
Set-up and tear-down of traffic signs, cones, and other equipment.
Be self motivated to timely complete tasks.
Exercise judgment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform the job and get along with others.
Work together with all departments to build a positive working environment.
Show up to work on time, consistent attendance, and dependable.
Physically perform the essential job functions of this position.
