About The Position
As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, the Parking Lot Attendant helps ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. The role provides customer service through friendly conversation and helps keep the parking lot clear, attractive, and safe. The position requires availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot.
- Gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
- Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans.
- Offer additional service during inclement weather.
