About The Position

Parking Lot Attendants help ensure vehicles come out clean from the car wash tunnel while engaging with customers and members. They maintain and replenish car wash cleaning products, answer questions about services and unlimited plans, and keep the workspace clean and safe. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. Extensive hands-on and online training is provided.

Applicants are required to complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment for their application to proceed. The position is at NEW Speeders Car Wash, 1200 Somerset St, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Highly motivated with an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to remain on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Able to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Willing and able to work in extreme outdoor weather, including hot and cold conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.

Responsibilities
