Parking Facilities Attendant
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Transportation Shift Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of the valet and self- parking lots and garages including the man lift areas, stairways, parking gates, kiosks, signs, traffic cones and mirrors. All mechanical equipment malfunctions and worn traffic control identifications associated with all parking areas and traffic patterns interior and exterior shall be reported to management. The incumbent directs movement of vehicular traffic at entrances, intersections and through construction sites.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Provide a state DMV driving history report
- Operate company vehicles
- Possess basic mechanical skills
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to handle weights of up to 80 pounds
- Possess acceptable vision, hearing and dexterity to safely operate vehicles
- Attend/pass required safety classes
