About The Position
The Parking Enforcement Supervisor will participate in all parking enforcement activities, including event staffing. This role involves supervising a small staff of parking enforcement team members, preparing schedules, coordinating supplies, and responding to questions. The supervisor will also provide customer service for parking enforcement inquiries, assist with booting and towing operations, and help with hiring and training of enforcement staff.
Requirements
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in parking enforcement, security, or a related field
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working with clients, contractors, and the public
Responsibilities
- Participate in all parking enforcement activities, including event staffing.
- Supervise a small staff of parking enforcement team members, including preparing schedules, coordinating supplies, and responding to questions.
- Provide customer service to parking enforcement questions, including answering emails and voice messages.
- Assist company with booting and towing operations, including vendor coordination and release procedures.
- Assist with hiring and training of enforcement staff on protocols, documentation, and enforcement handhelds.
