THE JOB Responsible for parking vehicles and assisting guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Direct vehicle traffic. (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.) Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure the space usage is maximized. Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Must be at least 18 years of age Prior customer service experience a plus Creative problem-solving skills Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignment High availability nights, weekends, holidays Position requires constant walking, standing, being able to work out-doors in various weather conditions Positive attitude Enjoy working in a team environment ---------- The expected compensation for this position is: $16.00 USD Hourly Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Requirements
