About The Position

Perform a variety of tasks to ensure a quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility that exceeds our customer/clients expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts (if needed).

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able and willing to working outside in all elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.
  • Control traffic at entrances, exits, and/or on an assigned level of the parking deck, as needed.
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.
  • Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
  • All other duties as assigned.
