About The Position
Manages parking and collects payment for vehicles parked in a designated area. This position is fully outdoors and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the public within parking areas by providing information and directions.
- Collect parking fees from customers.
- Instruct customers on using pay-on-foot stations and pay-in-lane stations.
- Operate and maintain parking equipment and gates.
- Provide coverage of lots, garages, and cashier booths.
- Clean and stock parking areas.
- Obtain cash from and place cash in the department vault.
