About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing customer service to guests at the property in the parking areas. This includes performing general maintenance on parking meters and equipment, responding to intercom calls, and issuing parking violations for infractions such as unpaid parking, invalid hangtags, or other violations. You will monitor parking lots, assist customers, and ensure adherence to property policies and procedures. The role requires maintaining a polite and courteous attitude while enforcing parking facility rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to commute to Houston, TX 77005 (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Houston, TX 77005 before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests at the property that are in the parking areas of the property
• Perform general maintenance on the parking meters and the parking equipment in the garages (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.).
• Respond to intercom calls from customers in the garage, assist customers as needed.
• Issues parking violations to any vehicle that neglects to pay the pay-station, possesses an invalid or expired monthly hangtag, or any other parking infraction
• Monitors parking lots and assists customers as needed
• Knows the policies and procedures of each property he/she audits to ensure that no ticket is issued without cause
• Directs any and all violation disputes to the customer service department
• Maintains a polite and courteous attitude while effectively enforcing the rules and regulations of the parking facility
• Performs other duties as assigned
