About The Position

The Parking Ambassador will be responsible for monitoring traffic flow, assisting motorists entering and exiting the facilities, and helping mitigate congestion throughout the campus. This role involves working outdoors and performing various maintenance and customer service tasks related to parking operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors
• Moderate levels of standing, walking, and sitting while driving a golf cart or other vehicle
• Visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments
• Ability to handle high stress situations
• Ability to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally at an acceptable customer service level
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a driving record and background check

Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic flow throughout the campus
• Assist motorists with payment inquiries
• Check paper levels for entry and exit kiosks and replenish as needed
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including assisting with remounting gate arms, clearance signs, and debris removal
• Receptacle pull for the main hospital exterior sidewalks
• Monitor traffic flow, assist motorists entering and exiting facilities, and help mitigate congestion throughout the campus.
