About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at Luxor, you help shape guests’ first impression of the resort by welcoming them, anticipating their needs, and providing swift, efficient assistance. You help make arrivals and departures seamless and memorable while ensuring guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. The starting rate is $14.65 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior relevant guest service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests at the parking entrance and provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.
• Follow protocols and use good judgment to regulate vehicle movement and flow, helping prevent traffic congestion and delays in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the property, remain knowledgeable about hotel services, features, and offerings, and be familiar with local attractions, activities, and events to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority or refer them to the supervisor on duty.
• Report alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.
