About The Position

ParkNBTX is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Parking Ambassador with a passion for excellent customer service. This part-time role supports parking operations in the River and Downtown Zones in New Braunfels, Texas. ParkNBTX is part of Interstate Parking, a managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company reports having more than 650 team members, operating over 400 locations, and managing more than 85,000 parking spaces.

The Parking Ambassador patrols and enforces parking rules, assists residents, visitors, and business owners, helps keep parking areas clean, reports equipment or safety concerns, and supports towing logistics and special events as needed. The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and evening and weekend availability. Available shifts are weekdays Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and weekends Saturday and Sunday from either 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Reliable and professional, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools.
• At least 18 years old, as required for insurance when driving.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, issuing citations when necessary.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks such as litter removal.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
• Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.
