One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Parents as Teachers Program Manager, you will lead our early childhood and family support initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to the evidence-based Parents as Teachers model. You will be instrumental in guiding a dedicated team, managing program funds, and fostering strong community networks. Every day, you will manage all aspects of the Parents as Teachers Program Manager, including program implementation, budget management, and data collection. Supervise a team of Family Service Workers, providing ongoing training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations. To be successful in this role, Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners (including schools and healthcare providers) by participating in outreach activities and representing the program at community meetings. Maintain accurate grant documentation, ensure adherence to program guidelines, and submit timely reports to the granting agency. Manage program budgets and resources effectively, maximizing impact while adhering to grant requirements. Collaborate closely with community organizations to ensure seamless, holistic service delivery for participating families. Conduct regular staff meetings, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in all grant-related meetings and activities.
