About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, part-time Parcel Freight employee at its distribution center in Winona, Minnesota. The role helps move products through the distribution center to company-owned branches by packaging, manifesting, and shipping orders using a third-party carrier. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities

Package, manifest, and ship customer orders.
Weigh, sort, and stack products.
Use a computer to perform tasks.
