About The Position
We at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team across Long Island, NY. As an RBT, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques, behavior intervention, and data collection methods
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Passion for working in ABA therapy and autism services
- Experience with early intervention, in-home ABA therapy, or school-based ABA services
- Strong attention to detail in clinical documentation and session tracking

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in in-home, school-based, or center-based settings
- Perform accurate data collection, session notes, and documentation using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours)
- Track client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs
- Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing RBT supervision sessions
