About The Position

ABA Express is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their mission-driven clinical team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. The position involves implementing ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in various settings, collecting data, and maintaining fidelity to behavior intervention plans. The RBT will also communicate professionally with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA. The role is based in the Denver Metro Area.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Current RBT certification
Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community

Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
