About The Position

We are looking for a caring, experienced, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a 6-year-old boy with autism in his home. The client is located in Brentwood, NY. This is an in-home ABA service position. The client may display aggressive behaviors, so we are looking for an RBT who is experienced and comfortable working with challenging behaviors, while maintaining a safe, patient, and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience is required.
• High school diploma.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experienced working with children with autism.
• Comfortable managing challenging/aggressive behaviors.
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
• Professional and responsible.
• Able to commit to the scheduled hours.
• Provide a medical form completed by a doctor.
• Provide two forms of ID.
• Provide three reference letters.
