About The Position

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a 15-year-old male on the autism spectrum in Port Chester, New York. The RBT will provide individualized behavioral support and work one-on-one with the teen to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be Spanish-speaking
• High school diploma required
• RBT certification preferred/required, depending on agency requirements
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism is a plus
