About The Position

The Sequoia Union High School District is hiring a Paraprofessional I for Menlo-Atherton High School. The District serves more than 9,000 students in grades 9–12 from diverse communities in the mid-Peninsula region. Applicants must meet No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements by having a high school diploma or equivalent and 48 college units, holding an associate degree or higher, or passing an NCLB exam before employment. Benefits

• Regularly employed part-time employees working at least 15 hours per week may be eligible for the District's highest HMO single premium rate and employee-only dental coverage.
• Eligible part-time employees may receive a prorated District contribution toward two-party or family coverage, proportional to the percentage of a full-time assignment worked. These benefits do not apply to substitute employees.
