About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking experienced, motivated Paramedics for independent 1099 contractor positions. Paramedics provide wellness-focused, concierge-level treatments in clients’ homes, offices, or at events, with clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and patient leads provided through national marketing. Contractors choose their own hours and availability, manage their schedules, communicate directly with clients, and may grow their own clientele through local community connections. Earning potential is described as an average of $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 full years of working Paramedic experience, depending on specialty.
• Practice-area experience in emergency response or flight.
• High skill and confidence in IV placement.
• Ability to function independently under provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
• Ability to commit to caring for patients when needed.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).

Responsibilities

• Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
• Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
• Manage their own schedule and communicate directly with clients.
• Network locally to grow their client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
• Provide patient care in accordance with provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
