About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is seeking experienced Paramedics for independent 1099 contractor positions. Paramedics deliver personalized, wellness-focused treatments in clients’ homes and other locations, with clinical onboarding, supply guidance, mentorship, and medical leadership support. Contractors choose their own hours and availability, manage their schedules, and may develop their own clientele alongside leads generated through national marketing. Compensation is listed as $3,000–$4,500 per month; the posting also describes average earnings of $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips.

Requirements

At least 1–2 full years of working Paramedic experience, depending on specialty.
Experience in emergency response or flight practice areas.
High skill and confidence in IV placement.
Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
Willingness to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
Must be able to commit to caring for patients when they need services.

Responsibilities

Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
Manage an independent schedule and communicate directly with clients.
Network locally to grow a client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
Maintain accurate charting and uphold safety protocols.
Provide personalized, wellness-focused patient care in accordance with provider treatment-specific orders, protocols, and procedures.
