About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is expanding across multiple states and seeks experienced Paramedics for independent 1099 contractor roles. Paramedics provide personalized, wellness-focused treatments at clients’ homes, offices, or events, with clinical onboarding, supply guidance, mentorship, and patient leads provided by the company. Contractors choose their own schedule and availability and may grow their client base through local community connections. Compensation is listed as $3,000–$4,500 per month, while the posting also describes average earnings of $1,000–$15,000 per month plus tips and unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 full years of working Paramedic experience, depending on specialty.
• Experience in emergency response or flight practice areas.
• High skill and confidence in IV placement.
• Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
• Motivation, self-direction, compassion, patient-centeredness, and high professional standards.

• Occasional evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
• Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
• Manage an independent schedule and communicate directly with clients.
• Network locally to grow a personal client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
• Provide patient care in accordance with provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
