About The Position
Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is expanding across multiple states and seeks experienced, motivated Paramedics for independent 1099 contractor positions. Paramedics provide personalized, wellness-focused treatments in clients’ homes, offices, and at events, with support from a medical leadership team. Contractors choose their own schedules and availability, may receive patient leads through national marketing, and can build their own clientele through local community connections. Clinical onboarding, supply guidance, and ongoing mentorship are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential earnings averaging $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips; earnings are not stated as guaranteed.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full years of working Paramedic experience, depending on specialty.
- Practice area experience in emergency response or flight.
- High level of skill and confidence in IV placement.
- Ability to function independently while following provider treatment-specific orders, protocols, and procedures.
- Willingness to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
- Must be able to commit to caring for patients when needed.

Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
- Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
- Manage a personal schedule and communicate directly with clients.
- Network locally to grow a client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold safety protocols.
- Provide care in accordance with provider treatment-specific orders, protocols, and procedures.
