About The Position
Kirton McConkie is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented paralegal to join its fast-paced religious organizations litigation team. The position requires discretion, independent judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking, and the capacity to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. Strong writing and communication skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, temperament, and stability are essential. A minimum of two years of litigation experience is preferred. A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. Compensation is competitive, and the firm offers an employee benefits package.
