About The Position

Kirton McConkie is hiring a highly motivated, detail-oriented paralegal to join its fast-paced religious organizations litigation team. The role requires confidentiality and discretion, independent judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. Candidates should have excellent writing and communication skills and work well as part of a team. Interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, temperament, and stability are essential. A minimum of two years of litigation experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required.
