About The Position

Kubicki Draper is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support civil litigation matters. The role focuses on summarizing medical records, bills, and supporting documents and preparing medical chronologies and bill summaries. The paralegal will communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel as part of a team and use common office and document software. Requirements

At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
Experience with medical summaries and bill summaries.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Task-oriented approach.
Must be a current resident of Florida.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability.
Basic medical knowledge.
Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures.
