About The Position

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate full-time Paralegal opening in our Boca Raton office for a candidate with 10+ years of bankruptcy experience. This position provides high-level paralegal and administrative support to multiple attorneys.

Requirements

• 10+ years of bankruptcy experience.
• Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, etc.).
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to calendar deadlines and court orders effectively.
• Effective proofreading and drafting skills.
• Demonstrated multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy court procedures and the rules of bankruptcy procedure.
• Ability to work effectively with others under deadlines.
• Effective time management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Expertise in e-filing in state and federal courts.

Nice To Haves

• Training in Ch. 11 will be provided if bankruptcy skills are present but not specifically in Ch. 11.

Responsibilities
