About The Position
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with Bankruptcy experience (Creditors) within the area of Foreclosures and Real Estate, for a Prominent and Well Known Law Firm in the suburbs of Philadelphia specializing in Real Estate and Foreclosure matters. Some knowledge and exposure to Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 creditor representation would be helpful.

- Bankruptcy experience (Creditors)
- Foreclosures and Real Estate experience
- Knowledge and exposure to Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 creditor representation
