Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and regulatory environments
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to live Slide’s Core

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Paralegal team to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery
  • Monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and provide hands-on support for complex or high-volume work
  • Use data and insights to optimize staffing, resource allocation, and operational performance
  • Develop and coach team members through ongoing feedback, training, and growth opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to establish metrics, improve processes, and support hiring initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Slide’s core values
