About The Position

Slide Insurance is seeking a passionate Paralegal Manager to lead a high-performing team. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing timely service delivery. The manager will monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and offer hands-on support for complex tasks. Utilizing data and insights to optimize operations, develop team members through feedback and training, and partner with leadership on metrics, process improvement, and hiring are key aspects of this position. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of paralegal experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and regulatory environments
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to live Slide’s Core values

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Paralegal team to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery
• Monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and provide hands-on support for complex or high-volume work
• Use data and insights to optimize staffing, resource allocation, and operational performance
• Develop and coach team members through ongoing feedback, training, and growth opportunities
• Partner with leadership to establish metrics, improve processes, and support hiring initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Slide’s core values
