Paralegal, Contract Manager

WEKA
•$115,000 - $135,000

About The Position

WEKA is hiring a hands-on, non-attorney Paralegal / Contract Manager to support its fast-moving sales organization, partner and neocloud business, and legal team. The role is the operational backbone for moving contracts from request to signature and keeping the legal function organized, measurable, and efficient. It reports to the General Counsel and works closely with the legal team and business partners in Sales, Finance, Procurement, and other functions. The position handles first-pass contract reviews and redlines within established playbooks, manages contract lifecycle workflows, and supports daily legal operations, including outside counsel invoice review. The successful candidate will answer routine business questions, recognize when attorney input is needed, and route issues promptly with useful context. They will also improve processes through automation and AI tools while applying appropriate human review. During the first 90 days, the hire will take over day-to-day management of contract workflows and the legal request queue, begin first-pass reviews of standard agreements, and assume outside counsel invoice review. Over time, they will help develop the metrics, templates, and automation needed to support the company's growth. WEKA offers competitive compensation, including bonus and equity participation.
