About The Position
Developmental kindergarten is for students with developmental delays and with moderate to severe cognitive, academic and adaptive delays, who may require communication and/or motor therapies. These students may access a pre-kindergarten curriculum or may progress with the typical kindergarten curriculum but at a slower pace than that of their typical peers.
Requirements

- One confidential reference must be from a direct supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students in a Developmental Kindergarten setting.
- Assist students with developmental delays who have moderate to severe cognitive, academic, and adaptive delays.
- Support students who may require communication and/or motor therapies.
- Facilitate access to a pre-kindergarten curriculum or support progress with the typical kindergarten curriculum at a slower pace.
