About The Position
We are looking for someone passionate about the culinary arts to join our Culinary team. Successful candidates for this role will have previous experience as a line cook, prep cook or banquet cook. They will be responsible for maintaining product quality and consistency, preparation levels and execution of menu items in accordance with hotel standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certification by state recognized agency
- Intermediate level knife skills utilized on a daily basis
- Intermediate understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
