About The Position

Sundt is looking for a Panel Installation Foreman for a Boarder Wall project. This role requires prior experience setting border fence panels or working on border fence projects. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and be available to work overtime. The position offers a rate of $38/hr. plus a cash fringe benefit, with expected working hours exceeding 60 per week. Qualified candidates may receive a weekly per diem of $1,246. The estimated project duration is 1 year. Requirements

Prior experience setting border fence panels or working on border fence projects.
Must pass pre-employment drug test.
Must be available to work overtime.
Ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.).
May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.
Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
Will climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.
Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs. on an occasional basis.
Work up to a 12 hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.

Nice To Haves

NCCER Core Curriculum and /or a High School diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
