About The Position

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its outpatient Palliative Care team. The practice is primarily clinic-based and includes both in-person and virtual patient visits. The APP works collaboratively with a team supported by three physicians, a CMA, and a nurse. The APP must maintain required hospital privileges at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. New graduates may be considered if they have completed a hospice and palliative care fellowship or have significant hospice/palliative care experience. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in palliative care and symptom management, particularly for patients actively receiving cancer-directed therapy, and is comfortable with outpatient care that combines in-person and virtual visits and multidisciplinary collaboration.
