About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated individuals to work as Warehouse Palletizers in Portland, Oregon. Palletizers sort good pallets from bad ones and load good pallets into a Case machine, mostly using a stand-up forklift. The role involves minimal physical labor and requires sweeping in between tasks. The work is fast-paced and physical. The shift begins at 4:30 a.m. and ends when work is finished; assigned workdays are provided at hiring. Potential earnings are $700–$1,000.

Requirements

• Be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds; materials handled vary.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience; training may be provided to the right candidate.
