Requirements

Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail gun, or other relevant tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Lift and carry 78lbs at least 63% of work shift.
Push items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.
Pull items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.

Nice To Haves

Experience using pneumatic nail guns and saws.

2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery.
Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Repair all components of a pallet using a pneumatic nail gun, including removing defective boards and replacing them with new ones.
Place pallets on a repair table, remove defective boards, replace them with new boards, and nail the replaced boards into place.
In an assembly department, take stock boards and nail them together based on the desired pallet type.
Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the saw.
Follow repair guidelines to execute the full repair of all components of a pallet.
Strive to meet daily production targets.
Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
Ensure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
