• Work toward daily production targets.
• Frequently drag or pull pallets weighing approximately 75 pounds.
• Frequently use a nail gun weighing approximately 35 pounds.
• Visually inspect pallets for defects or irregularities in construction.
• Follow repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the repair process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment daily.
• Immediately report safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
