Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation before painting, including grinding and removing imperfections.
• Safely operate a grinder and other basic tools used for surface preparation.
• Assist with painting tasks to ensure an even, quality finish.
• Clean and prepare surfaces by removing rust, debris, and excess material as needed.
• Inspect work to ensure surfaces are properly prepared and meet quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and proper equipment-handling procedures.
