About The Position

Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician with at least three years of professional automotive PDR experience. The technician accesses vehicle panels, uses glue-pulling techniques, and repairs smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels. The role is based in one of Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers, where vehicles are inspected and reconditioned before being listed for sale. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Applicants must pass a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use of safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Passing a complete background check.
