About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an entry-level Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No prior experience is required; the company provides six weeks of paid, hands-on and classroom training, with travel and lodging included. Training is compensated at an hourly rate, followed by phased hourly-plus-commission compensation as technicians leave training and build a customer base. The position offers commission-based uncapped earning potential, with stated first-year potential of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000–$150,000+. Technicians travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. They review completed work with customers, walk vehicle lots, write work orders, negotiate approvals, and build customer relationships while promoting services. The job includes outdoor work in varied weather and physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, squatting, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The position offers independence in managing the workday, a supportive team environment, varied vehicle work, and opportunities to advance to higher technician levels or management.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.

Responsibilities
