Requirements
- Active, appropriate insurance coverage and bonding.

Responsibilities
- Provide trade services in one or more of the areas sought: interior painting, drywall installation and finishing, finish carpentry and trim work, tile installation, flooring installation, restoration, or board-up services.
- Deliver quality workmanship and pay attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and maintain reliable scheduling.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Provide references and required business documentation.
