About The Position

The Painter is responsible for maintaining, improving, and enhancing the interior and/or exterior finish of the facility and its contents. Other maintenance duties will include providing specific routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the facility, grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for the residents, staff, and visitors. Must possess general maintenance skills and be able to operate equipment and machinery associated with facility and grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid PA driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and take verbal direction.
• Must be available to work multiple shifts and be flexible in scheduling.
• Must be willing to learn multiple assignments.

Nice To Haves

• H.S. diploma or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, improving, and enhancing the interior and/or exterior finish of the facility and its contents.
• Providing specific routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the facility, grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for the residents, staff, and visitors.
• Operating equipment and machinery associated with facility and grounds maintenance.
• Performing all necessary preparation and finish work to ensure a professional appearance.
• Using all types of paints, stains, and finish products.
• Installing wall coverings and borders.
