About The Position
AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. This role involves the safe operation of machines and tools, working as part of a team to paint outdoor power equipment according to specifications, and handling raw materials and parts. The Painter will operate necessary equipment, adhere to standard work procedures, assist team members to meet production goals, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
- Must complete respirator questionnaire
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Safe operation of machines and tools

- Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
- Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
- Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
- Operates equipment needed to perform the job
- Strict adherence to standard work
- Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
- Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Ability to communicate
