About The Position

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join its team in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The role involves painting outdoor power equipment and parts to specifications, handling materials, and operating the necessary equipment. The position starts at $18 per hour and follows a four-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Painters are expected to follow standard work and safety practices, support daily production goals, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 8 hours a day.
Ability to use hands to position parts in place.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
Must wear required personal protective equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Desire for personal development and growth.
Must complete a respirator questionnaire.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Safely operate machines and tools.

Work as part of a team responsible for painting outdoor power equipment.
Paint parts according to specifications.
Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated locations.
Operate the equipment needed to perform the job.
Strictly adhere to standard work.
Assist team members in other areas as needed to meet daily production goals.
Complete operator preventive maintenance on equipment.
Problem-solve effectively and communicate.
