About The Position

This role is for an entry-level Paint Technician Trainee with fully paid training, including travel, food, and transportation. The position offers commission-based uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential between $70,000-$150,000+. The role involves traveling to automotive customers to perform minor paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and techniques. Responsibilities include prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces, working independently at partner locations, and delivering fast, flawless results. The company provides comprehensive, paid training, tools and supplies, a company vehicle, gas card, and mobile phone. There is a clear career path with five levels from Senior Tech to World-Class Tech, with bonuses and recognition at every step. All candidates selected for an offer will undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening. Technicians are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Travel to automotive customers to perform high-quality minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
