About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage your day independently, similar to running your own business. The position involves traveling to customer locations to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and techniques. Technicians will prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection, working independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, delivering fast and flawless results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.

Responsibilities
