About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Auto Body Paint Technician Trainees. This role offers fully paid training, including travel, food, and transportation, with compensation during training at an hourly rate, transitioning to a phased commission-based compensation as you build your customer base. We offer uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential ranging from $70,000-$150,000+. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with customers, being on the move, and have a passion for making vehicles look their best. You will travel to automotive customers to perform high-quality minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques, prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection. You will work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, delivering fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.

Requirements

Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs

Responsibilities
