About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage your day independently, similar to running your own business. The technician will travel to customer locations to perform minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and techniques. The position involves prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to a high standard, working independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, and delivering fast, flawless results.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Technicians are required to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator.
